Hi everyone this is the official signup post for the rescheduled MMLan9.

Thanks to everyone who has expressed an interest in coming. Hopefully this post and the MMLan Q&A will answer most of your questions but feel free to post below if you want to know more about the event or pop into #mmlan or #mmclan on IRC. Alternatively email us on mmlan@mmclan.co.uk and include MMLan9 in the subject.

MMLan9 Details:

When: 29th - 31st May
Where: At the Rugby Club. Map Here
Cost: £25 for the weekend.
Time: 6pm on the Friday to 3pm (ish) on the Sunday.

Signup:

Because of the potentially high demand and the limitations of the MMLan site we're going to use email for the signups. If you have created an account on the MMLan site then we'll just need the minimum details off you.

*If you're under 16 we'll send you a Parental/Guardian consent form to fill in.

Your email will be processed by the MM Super Computer (be patient) and we'll send you a reply with the payment details. You can pay by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Cheque.

Important Stuff

• All places are on a first come first served basis but we will (where possible) give priority to those who signed up to the cancelled MMLan9 at the beginning of March.
• The Rugby Club is limited to 25 people and demand is expected to be high so we'll be using a waiting list system if needed.
• Payment is confirmation you are coming. From the 1st of May onwards if you're signed up but haven't paid without good reason we'll open the space up to the first available person on the waiting list.
• By signing up you're agreeing to our Acceptable User Policy

right i've signed up for this three times now! but twice i had the wong subject (woops) because i didnt read it properly first (sorry) plus i just came back from the pub extra for this. In my excitment i might have also forgotten some of the important information (i hope not), i am sorry about that, too, and hope you're o.k. just asking me again. :S hope i still get in and i'm really looking forward to this, yay to the special people! XD

I am trying to arrange for some extra power in the club, if I am successful we will have an extra 15 spaces. So if you are on the "waiting list" keep your fingers crossed as I am hopeful we may have some extra capacity!

There was meant to be a cunning link to the MMLan site in signup post but it went awol in a traggic cut and paste incident.

So for anyone confused the MMLan site is Here.

It's not being used to sign people up to this Lan but it is a handy place to put your details rather than email them if you wish.

For anyone who's already registered on the MMLan site, we'll use the details on there to do the signups so worth making sure they're up to date.
